One, Two.... it's Blackout!

Musica di contorno

Pochi giorni fa ho  parlato di Californication senza citarne la colonna sonora :  Tom Kapinos, già autore della ben nota teen comedy "Dawson's Creek", nella maggior parte delle puntate della serie include brani bellisimi che,attraverso un ben definito amalgama con la storia di Hank Moody, riesce ad incantare e coinvolgere anche il più inetto ascoltatore. Dai pezzi più classici (The Rolling Stones e Bob Dylan) fino a pezzi di un certo spessore, ben più vicini ai nostri tempi (Peeping Tom, gruppo postumo di Mike Patton ).

 Non posso dire che questa sia la serie con la migliore colonna sonora, ma almeno l'autore si è mosso per promuovere "vecchi pezzi" che non si sentono tutti i giorni.

Qua di seguito la playlist della prima serie andata in onda in territorio americano nel 2007 e, sempre parlando delle puntate e non della musica, edulcorata in Italia(questa beneamata terra di censura) nel 2008

Una particolarità, o come viene definito in inglese "a trivial": 

nella precedente serie di Tom Kapinos l'attore principale che impersonava Dawson Leery era impersonato da James Van Der Beek. Quest'ultimo appare anche in una puntata della spassosa Sit-comedy "How I met your Mother", che qua si chiama "E alla fine Arriva Mamma",  come vecchia fiamma canadese di Robin 

Scherbatsky, ovviamente un po' invecchiato rispetto agli anni in cui si frequentavano...

Rimane magnifico, comunque...
